Free unlimited support

I will provide you with as much assistance as you need to get the item installed and running perfectly like on the demo site.

Some exceptions

If you would like to extend the item's features and introduce a new functionality, concept or visual element that is not on the demo site nor listed on the item description page, then you will have to hire a developer for the job. This also applies to customization work.

If a customization request can be done using the existing item features, I will gladly help by providing detailed step-by-step instructions. However if it requires custom code development, unfortunately I won't be able to provide any source code, including CSS code.

Why a support policy?

I truly believe that providing my customers with the best possible after-sales service is the key to success, and that also means providing quality updates.

In order to keep improving the item you purchased, I need to limit the time spent on support and allow myself a few hours a day for development. In this regard, and because I want to assist as much people as I can, I must keep track of the time spent with each customer.
